Boil it enough for the tomatoes to soften and the chicken to be fully cooked. Always put the spinach near the end because it does not require a long cooking time.   • 3 apples
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 40 g butter
  • 50 ml of sweet white wine
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

1. Wash and dry the chicken breast. Fry in oil and season with salt. Remove the chicken pieces from the pan and place in a covered bowl. Apples are washed, peeled and sliced. Chicken breast with lemon

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add the chopped garlic and fry for just 1 minute, taking care not to turn brown. Remove the mixture from the heat, add the white wine, grated lemon peel, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, oregano, thyme and a teaspoon of salt, then pour the mixture into a baking tray.

The chicken breast is wiped away from the moisture and placed on top of the prepared sauce, with the part that was covered by the skin, upwards. Grease with olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper on top. A lemon is cut into 8 slices, which are placed between the chicken pieces.

Leave in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken breast, until it is baked and lightly browned. Then cover with aluminum foil and leave for 10 minutes. Then sprinkle with salt and serve hot, along with the sauce in which it was baked.
