METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Meanwhile, heat a pan and grease it with butter or a little oil. Take a small piece of dough and put it in the pan, without spreading it over the entire surface, as we do with normal pancakes. When the pancake browns slightly, turn it over with a spatula.

After frying the pancakes, add jam, chocolate cream, honey or any syrup we like. We can also add fresh fruit. I usually put chocolate and banana slices. I really like this combination.


The basic recipe for American pancakes

As you will see, this recipe is very simple and for its light flavor it is ideal to accompany different types of food. Make a note of the ingredients (with these amounts of about 16 pancakes) and their preparation.

First we will need 4 eggs, in which we will have to separate the yolks from their eggs. The next step is to mix everything until a homogeneous and dense mass is obtained (if it is too weak, add a little sewn flour until it is fine). Then we will beat with snow the four whites that we separated and added to the mixture, mixing very slowly, so that both preparations are integrated, without rushing them or you will lose the spongy consistency typical of American pancakes.

With the dough already prepared, leave the pan hot with some margarine. With a crate pour the preparation, wait only between 1 and 2 minutes and we will see that the bottom has been browned, then we will turn the aid with a spatula and we will wait a minute more to remove them. Before each new pancake, don't forget to fry the pan with butter again.
